Geng AOKME

Maybe some of you are wondering what this group is all about, right?

'Geng Aokme' is a one new group under Public Relation Secretariat of SRC. 'Aokme' is the ligation of words "Awok" + "Semua" ('Awok semua' is popular term used by Pahang citizens to acknowledge 'us') which indicates the friendliness of this group to reach out to the society in Pahang state.

The main objective of this group's establishment is to create an alternative for students to reach out to the society outside the campus in area of Pahang. The methodology is simple. They are trying to build bond between IIUM students & society in a simple manner that Islam teaches us.

The first trip was held on 20th November, where we reach out to the society at the East Coat Mall & Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan. 3 simple method: Smile, Sapa and Salam.
